Our implementation strategy was ambitious from the outset. Our vision was to improve and transform our existing processes supported by Signal, using technology to sync to our multiple key internal core operating systems to ensure we reduced any potential waste and duplication of data processing. Chris and his team have supported this from day one. We’ve met many hurdles along the way, however we’ve worked closely as a team to overcome these and achieve our desired goal. A big advantage for us has been having our own Customer Success Manager from Signal, one main point of contact understanding our Murphy position throughout, and communicating challenges to the appropriate areas within Signal for timely resolve.

From initial research and demos of the system through to project delivery, we’ve always felt valued and respected. We look forward to continuously improving together.
